Orientation process; "Sensitivity" is one of the things that the employee who starts the job most needs on the first working day. When we talk about which jobs defined during the job interview are responsible, workflows, manager and working principle, projects, colleagues, we can be faced with a long list of "what if". When the excitement of the first working day is combined with curiosity, a very sensitive body emerges. There is a high probability that a day is waiting for you when you do not know where to get your coffee and you have to guess where the sink is. This is where the orientation process comes into play in order to eliminate all these sensitivities and adapt to the job better. If you are lucky, there is someone who will give you orientation training.

Let's see, this is a subject that is overlooked in many companies. In other words, we may encounter a process called "learning by doing". This means: You go to work and as soon as you sit at your desk, the tasks you need to do are presented to you and you learn while doing the job. This is the hardest part... Because you don't know anyone yet, you can be reluctant to ask around. After a certain point, you either can't do this job or you feel lonely and helpless, so you turn away from your job. At this point, we see the importance of orientation.
